Start a new race and select the Begin Career option. 
You will then come to the register screen where you 
can enter the following passwords: Go Bears for stock cars; 
Go Bruins for Formula One cars.

Extra Option
When racing , pause the game then go to Race Strategy. 
Press L1+L2+R1+R2+X+O+SELECT and you will get 
a new option for your car.
