Enter the following passwords on the password screen.
You may only enter one per mission. Once in the mission 
hold hover up and air brake at the same time to activate 
the desired cheat:

WOOWOO:havoc sirens on.
BENIHILL:makes street vehicles super fast.
SUPERCAM:enemy fall cam.

GOD MODE: Hold these keys together at mission brief screen
R1+R2+L1+L2+Circle+Triangle+Square+Left. You should
hear a clunk.

UNLIMITED AMMO: At weapons screen hold the same keys
together for all weapons and ammo

But remember you can't advance to next level if you use 
these.
