To get a nuclear weapon, at the menu press X, O, triangle
square, O, X, triangle, O, X, O, triangle and press start
then select.

To make your emblem the background in the Raven's Nest hold 
L1+R1+SELECT while at the EDIT EMBLEM screen.

At the menu screen, press L1, L2, up, left, hit start, 
hold select, press square, circle, X, X, and hit start. 
This will get you all the money, and infinite life.
