Go to the Password screen. Then fill it up with q's. Then go to the Options screen, Then you will see the Fusk Menu.
Go to the password screen and put in this code: QQQQ QQQQ QQQQ OOOO. The game will say that it is incorrect but if you go to the options menu you will find a new debug entry like, god mode, level select, and more.
Nightmare Difficulty Level: Choose any of the three difficulties and enter the slipgate. Go to the episode four room and fall into the water. Quickly go back underneath the ledge that you fell off and wait. You should fall through the water and land on a platform.Walk across the platform and enter the slipgate marked Nightmare.
