Hidden Levels:
Level 30, enter through level 12.
Take out ALL the enemies that come out of the three buildings:
While invincible go to the three buildings and take out the Pain Elementals
FIRST.
After you do that, the invincibility will be wearing off.
RUN to the outside and circle strafe along the outside wall (keep your back
to the outside wall) facing towards the middle (where all the enemies are) and
use your rockets and chain/shotguns to take out everything left.
After the last enemy is dead, the final boss appears.
